You may have heard the rumors, or we may have picked your brains at school, or you may have no idea what we’re talking about, but, we are so excited to let you know about our new project:
The Indie Alley.
The Indie Alley is a new co-working space focused on women in downtown Fairfax! You know The Find, that cool, vintage shop on Bolinas Road? Well, next to that there’s a cute alley you've probably never even noticed. That, dear friend, is the entrance to our space. Walk down it, and you are at our new home: a 100-year-old building which we’re currently restoring and painting and brightening up and spending far too many weekend days and weekday nights working on.
By mid-January, our co-working space will be ready. It will have desks to work from, a maker space to craft in, small offices to rent, and conference spaces to book. We’ll have workshops, practice sessions, office hours, and discussion groups by creatives, changemakers, thinkers, and doers from throughout the Bay Area. We’ll have Wi-Fi on tap, indie mags for inspiration, and the coffee that it takes to fuel your day. Starting to dream yet of how happy this place could be?
We are too.
But…we need your help getting this going.
