Maybe some days you work from your local cafe. On others, from your home office. Sometimes you commute into the city and work from your company's office. Occasionally you'll find a spot in a library or another co-working space. But really what you do is move around, a lot, trying to find a good spot just to work in.
Wherever you usually work, on February 27th take a seat at The Indie Alley. You can work in our space for free from 9 am to 3 pm. We'll have coffee on arrival, and will break for lunch (bring your own) at noon, so you can share your stories and expertise, without interrupting your workflow.
This is your chance to not only check out The Indie Alley, but to also meet with other people in your profession or work situation, share advice and tips, and build your own community of like-minded people. Btw spaces are limited for these days and we ask that you register below to make sure you have a spot.
What are field-days? For the month of February, we're having professional themed-drop in days. See who does what you do, locally, and figure out how you can best support one another.
Don't worry, if you don't fit into these categories, you can still work in The Indie Alley.
If you don't see your profession, situation or sector, let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll be announcing more soon.
