Every Monday morning, Member Stephanie Hellman will choose a way to bring mindfulness into our lives and give us tools for approaching the forthcoming week with clarity and purpose. This week's session will focus on a discussion of stress reaction for all types of stress (internal, chronic, acute) and Mindful awareness and habits to shift how we deal with stress.
There's no need to book. Just show up at 9.30am. Sessions last around 30 minutes.

Stephanie was a pioneer in bringing mindfulness to employees at Wells Fargo during her tenure of over 10-years role as a Vice President.
