Lunch & Learn: How to Publish with Christina Amini

Join us for a special Lunch & Learn with Christina Amini, as she takes us through all those questions you might have about getting published. Like how to pitch, with what, and to whom? Should you self-publish? What does the publishing industry even look like now? Do you need an agent? Is it all worth it?

Christina will cover the reality-check moments for you as a writer and aspiring published author, as well as the creative pep talk you might need to just keep going. If you have a book in you, this Lunch & Learn will give you some insight into what to do about it.

Christina Amini is the Executive Publishing Director of Art, Food, and Lifestyle Publishing at renowned independent publisher Chronicle Books. She is happy to be a professional collaborator and creator—bringing new ideas to fruition every season, as well as overseeing the publishing of more than 100 books and gift products every year. Her previous experience includes being the Online Marketing Manager at HarperCollins Children’s Books, the first Online Editor at Dwell Magazine, and rising from intern to Executive Publishing Director in her 14 years at Chronicle Books.
