More than asana, learn the deeper wisdom of how the mindbody processes, works with and moves through challenging times and emotions brought about through such times of uncertainty and stress as we all experienced over the last two years. Join Rachel Jennine Goudey as she guides you through embodied practices to connect to your three vital centers: the sacred root (muladhara), the loving heart (anahata), and the deep wisdom (ajna). Through an embodied practice which includes somatic movement, breath-work, meditation, deep relaxation, and a brave space to open into your emotions we will work through these three centers in a systematic way, re-integrating the mindbody connection to bring about a state of harmony, balance and homeostasis to our whole being. By the end of the workshop you will have a deeper understanding of the science of your brain and nervous systems, feel a renewed sense of self and ability to cultivate peace and ease in times of distress, a more vibrant energy, and the ability to understand and communicate your emotions in an effective and connecting way.
