The reality is that many of us are struggling with our professional lives and goals, the aging process, keeping all of our most important relationships healthy, and making the time to do the things that rejuvenate us and fill our spirits. Despite these challenges, this life stage presents an enormous opportunity for growth and ultimately great happiness and satisfaction. It takes introspection, intention, and often some wise guidance.
